Rack Mount Plates ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your custom CAD designs, fulfill your sheet-metal fabrication orders, and provide customer support:

• Order & Contact Data: Name, email address, shipping address, and phone number collected securely through Stripe Checkout or our custom quote form.
• CAD Design Specifications: Cutout coordinates, material choices, and fabrication notes saved when you generate or order a custom rack plate.
• Payment Security: All payment card processing is handled directly by Stripe, Inc. We never view or store raw credit/debit card numbers.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. To request deletion or correction of your data, email kai@rackmountplates.com.
