Effective Date: October 21, 2026

By ordering physical rack mount plates or digital CAD files from Rack Mount Plates (`www.rackmountplates.com`), you agree to the following terms:

• Fabrication Tolerances: All sheet-metal plates are fabricated to standard industrial laser-cutting tolerances (±0.13 mm / ±0.005") and press-brake bend tolerances (±1°).
• Equipment Installation & Load Safety: Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper rack rail fastening, airflow clearance, and power brick support within their server rack enclosure.
• Trademarks: Third-party brand and model names (including Apple Mac mini, Lenovo ThinkCentre, Dell OptiPlex, HP EliteDesk, Minisforum, Ubiquiti UniFi, and JetKVM) are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe mechanical cutout compatibility.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
